What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact form we collect what you type: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, country, city, the items you list and your message. We also record the IP address of the request to limit spam.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your request, prepare quotes and manage your order. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Storage
Requests are stored in our database and are visible only to authorised Barakah IMEX staff. The quote list you build while browsing is kept in a session cookie on your device.
